The SightCare Mission Statement

SightCare was established in 1995 as a licensed non-profit, optometric service corporation in the state of Arizona that is governed by the Arizona Department of Insurance. Our mission is to provide and administer consistently high quality optometric service plans that are competitive, customizable, and cost effective.

SightCare currently provides vision care services for over 500,000 members primarily located in Maricopa and Pinal county. Members receive great value through SightCare’s providers who are assisted by friendly, well trained and knowledgeable staff to address our member’s unique vision care needs.
